The villa holds 10 people, 8 in the 4 bedrooms and 2 on the sofa bed in the Great Room, comfortably plus a baby.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

The villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, Sea World is 15 minutes away and Universal 20 minutes.

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees).

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.

We have access to similar quality housing within the area and will happily direct you to the owners.

We accept payment in £, $ and Canadian Dollar (CAD). Payment can be made through Paypal, cheque or via bank transfer.

Our excellent Management Company is only approximately 15 minutes away by car and only a phone call away. Their office is open from 9am through to 9pm. However should there be an emergency they are open 24 hours a day.

There are a number of restaurants along the Highway 192 ie Outback Steakhouse, Perkins, Taco Bell, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, TGI's, Bahama Breeze, Denny's along with Chinese, Italian etc. Up International Drive, which is approximately 20 minutes away by car, you will find many more.

Our home is approximately 5 minutes away by car from a 24 hour supermarket, Wal*mart. In addition there are a wide variety of stores on the Highway 192 and International Drive. There are also a number of shopping malls close to the villa, Buena Vista Shopping Outlet being the closest.

Our home is well equipped for small children. The home comes complete with a cot (linen provided), highchair, buggy/stroller and double buggy/stroller. There are also safety alarms fitted on the patio doors to prevent children venturing out to the pool/lanai area un-detected. There is also a child safety fence around the pool itself.

Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre, Centra Care, along the Highway 192 approximately 5 minutes away by car (close to Wal*mart). Close by is Wal-greens (pharmacy).

Unlike some rental homes which back onto walls or other properties, our villa looks out onto conservation views.

For young children there are a selection of board games along with TV/DVD players in the two twin bedded rooms. There is also a children's playground just down the road from our villa. For older children and adults there is a fully equipped games room. For those feeling energetic, there are football posts on the area near the playground.
