Just wanted to let you both know that we had a terrific time in Orlando. I cannot express how much we feel at home when we vacation at your villa. Our family and friends all enjoy the time that we spend together playing games, swimming and relaxing. Thank you for the special treat of chocolates. ( Oh how delicious.....) We appreciate your thoughtfulness and generosity. Thanks again for making our stay at your villa a true delight, we all had a wonderfully superb time.

Hi Phillippa and Greame, thank you, we had a wonderful holiday and your villa far exceeded our expectations. We seriously think you undersold it to us, but I guess that's what made it such a lovely surprise! The villa was plenty big enough for all of us, and we loved the bright, airy and tasteful decor. It was such a pleasure to come home from a busy day shopping or from the parks to a lovely, spacious and air conditioned property. Everything we needed was available and the pool, all we can say is wow, especially the multi coloured lightning at night! The younger members of our party (and my husband in fact) were very impressed with the games room and spent many hours enjoying the facilities so that was a big hit! It probably says a lot about me but I was very impressed that you had such a good supply of crockery and cutlery which meant we didn't have to run the dishwasher too often or wash up! We will definitely be interested in staying there again on our next trip to Florida providing it's available. Our vacation to Orlando was fantastic. We truly had a magnificent time! We loved the new tile in the common areas as well as the new television. The ceiling fan in the games room was an added bonus....your villa makes us feel so comfortable that we hate to leave. We enjoy being able to just to relax at the villa and swim instead of going out. Just a few lines to say a big thank you for letting us use your lovely Villa in Florida, the Villa was spotless when we arrived, had everything you could wish for and more, it is a credit to you both for making it so homely and inviting for guests, we can highly recommend your Villa to any of your future guests and will be recommending it to friends and family who wish to holiday in Florida, hopefully we will be back in touch in the near future to book your Villa, but to stay longer next time, 10 days was not long enough to visit all the attractions Orlando has to offer, Florida was as good as it was 18 years ago when we last visited. We left a thank you note for Elaine along with some travel cheques for the extra night we stayed in the Villa, she was very helpfull in arranging the extra nights stay with you, thanks again for allowing us to stay the extra night. We had a really excellent holiday and the villa was in the words of my wife amazing. It was a pleasant surprise when we opened the front door, it was so spacious clean and well decorated, a proper Home from Home, all utensils were there and there was nothing else we needed. The villa definitely helped towards the success of the holiday. It is a nice touch (if not a clever move) to put your photos on the walls it reminds people that the villa does actually belong to someone and is their second home. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and work colleagues. Just to let you know we had such a brilliant holiday in your fantastic Villa a couple of years ago in the Spring, when we visited all the Parks during the day (so easy to get to) and relaxed round the pool in the evening we decided to return for a second visit (last November) and found you had put in a games room - great idea and great fun and the Villa itself - still so clean and comfortable we had another wonderful holiday. As we still have so many other things to see and do around the Kissimmee area we plan on visiting you again and I am sure we will find relaxing welcome we have on the previous occasions.

I have to tell you that your house is amazing! It is very conveniently located near almost all of the attractions and the neighbourhood is very family-friendly. My party and I absolutely loved the tasteful decor and accessibility to all attractions. The rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable, the pool is great, and it really looked like you do care about your guests. The kitchen was very well equipped with absolutely everything we needed to make us feel like home. I loved the photos of you with the Disney characters around the house - it just made me more anxious about looking forward to our own dream vacation.

The villa was more than excellent. It was beautifully presented and very clean. It had everything that we needed and more. We could not have wished for a better base....much better than a hotel. The air conditioning was excellent and made things very comfortable. We could watch tv, have a swim, play games (games room an excellent facility by the way) and eat when we wanted. The surrounding area had so much to do that our 11 days was not long enough so we have decided that we will have to return in the future. It was very easy to get to Disney, Universal, etc and things like the Kennedy Space Centre and Coco Beach were within one hour by car.

We had a fantastic time and your home was wonderful! We arrived to a clean house and a hot pool. It was paradise. We have been renting homes in Florida for 10 years and yours was the only one I would consider renting again. Its those little extras. The kids loved the games room - which we had never had before.
